Sounds like leftovers from malware removal. Run these reputable
free scans:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:
Malwarebytes (MBAM):
http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpywa (SAS):
http://www.superantispyware.com/
These can be uninstalled later if desired.
You might be able to find and disable the bogus entry with MSCONFIG or
by downloading Autoruns, but that really only moves the leftover
startup item to another spot in your system where it will not run (it
has been moved - not REmoved).
Moving the entry to another location may be fine with you, but if you
really want to remove it and not just disable it, report the Location
details from MSCONFIG or Path information from Autoruns and come back
for instructions.
