I know what you mean. I was in a similar position a few years ago, and
am beginning to feel similar now with Windows 7.

It's not just Windows. It's everything. Even web sites. Argh! It's hard
to keep up with the fast changing technology as an old fart (not even 50
yet). I didn't even get a smartphone until 2015! I finally went to
digital hearing aids in mid 2015. I still prefer analog. I still use
lots of old stuff like VGA, PS/2, 3.5mm audio, etc. Older stuff worked better too. These days, they are bloated, expensive, buggy, etc.
