I am running XP Pro SP3 and I need to buy a printer-scanner combo that
will print 2 sides--one that may be available to other XP machines. Any
ideas or suggestions. I hope this question is allowed in this news group.

It isn't really On Topic as the question is OS independent and is more
apropos for; comp.periphs.printers

The Epson Artisan 835/837 can print duplex, has both a flatbed scanner as
well Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and is networkable via Ethernet and
WiFi.
