Robert, I/we have no idea of who or what you are responding to, since it's
never in here. Isn't there a way in your newsreader client to reply to the
message and retain their content? There should be some way to do that, but
I'm not sure what newsreader client you are using, and maybe somebody else
can chip in here with some suggestions.
