Any suggestions?

Get a new hard drive! The clicking noises sound a bit on the dubious side.
You could just try to copy as much to an external source as you possibly can
and then replace the drive, but there isn't masses that you can do with a
drive that is "physically" damaged, which is what is suggested with a drive
that is making strange sounds.
