Default assistant thinks I already have 1804
Downloaded the Windows 10 April 2018 upgrade assistant

http://download.microsoft.com/download/B/F/E/BFEE8FEE-DEB5-4EE1-9439-DEE035C62BD6/Windows10Upgrade28096.exe

But when I run it, it very briefly says "checking" then just says "thank
you for running the latest version of windows 10"

Anyone else?
