Default How to remove sgnin/password thing.

Assuming you're on the desktop and not on the screen with the tiles:

1. Right click on an empty spot on the desktop.
2. Left click on the Personalize item in the pop up window.
3. In the upper left corner of the new window, left click on Change
Desktop Icons.
4. Make sure there's a check in the box next to Computer.

In the lower left corner of the Desktop Icon Settings, there's a
checkbox that will allow themes to change the icons. I'm no Win8
expert, still learning myself, but I think this means a theme can change
the desktop icons if the box is checked.
