Default best anti-malware

After 10 years with a fairly simple email address I have finally been forced
to change my ISP solely in order to cut out the spam. I have been regularly
receiving over 200 spam emails a day.
I use mailwasher pro and filters, approved lists etc in the orange web site
but as others said there does not seem to be any way to stop it. I also use
crap cleaner, ad-aware, zone alarm pro and spybot as well as my virus
checker.
The orange web site certainly puts them into the deleted folder or junk but
it has limits. I know that while they are in the orange web site they need
not bother me but they do.
I have now changed to a less obvious email address for my personal mail and
use hotmail for business purposes. I think that this is the way to go; set
up at least 2 and maybe even 3 or 4 email addresses and keep them separate.

What is the best anti-malware solution ? What about PC Doctor ?

Also, routers with firewalls, what can they do, which one is best ?

Any other info appreciated too.

Thanks.
