Default Pause screensaver etc.

I don't see a Windows solution without 3rd party help (try Stubbo's
suggestions)

If each program you use has similar options to WMP, then you only need
to set them up once. Their support pages may help.

Uncheck that in WMP-Tools-Options-Player tab if using WMP
