Yes, as some new router with ax specs but no wpa3 are available.

synology currently supports it. there may be others.

nothing specific, other than some existing routers will get a firmware
update (e.g., synology) and others will require a new unit.

it also won't make much of a difference until computers, phones, set
top boxes, etc. support it too.

in other words, it will be a while...
