Default WinXP SP2 / Install Updates and Shutdown

Hi NG.

In our Inviroment, all Clients are WinXP with SP2!
In order to distribute Hotfixes we decided to use a SUS-
Server for this operation. Deploying the SUS-settings to
the clients we use GPOs.

SP2 includes two new GPO-settings for managing the AU at
shutdown feature. Computer Configuration:
1. Do not display 'Install Updates an Shut Down' option
in Shut Down Windows dialog box: #disabled#
2. Do not adjust default option in 'Install Updates and
Shut Down' option in Shut Down Windows dialog box:
#disabled#

If there are new updates for clients availible, and the
user initiates a shutdown, the new 'Install Updates an
Shutdown' option should appear.
BUT NOTHINGS HAPPENS!!!
When i log-on as an administrator, there is a trace-icon
that notifies my about a new update, but when i shut down
the client, nothing happens.

In the local WindowsUpdate.log - File are the following
error:
2004-09-29 10:19:53+0200 3136 280
WUCheckForUpdatesAtShutdown failed, hr=8024002B
2004-09-29 10:20:54+0200 3136 280
WUCheckForUpdatesAtShutdown failed, hr=8024002B

What happens???
