I have found many error with the error code 0x801901F6 in the Windows
update log.

This kind of issue may occur if you are behind
a third-party incompatible proxy server/firewall. For example, this event
may occur with Netscape Proxy Server. 0x801901F6 means "HTTP error 502. The
proxy server returned an error" I suggest you check this. More details

If you are behind other firewall/proxy server, please try to connect to the
Internet directly and then test.
