To restore, the only way is restart the operating system
If within the operating system, install a virtual machine with ip address
different from the host system, communication via LAN and Internet
browsing are fully active even when the host system 'loses' communication
via LAN
I replaced the motherboard to make sure it can not be the hardware to be
the problem
The operating system has been installed from the original diskette always
From this I can assume that it is not the hardware to have problems
I think it's a fault of Windows XP (not Windows XP but my installation),
but I can not find and delete
Can you help me identify the problem and eliminate it?

"virtual machine" --- bingo

Be aware, that virtual machine software, installs drivers
to support the virtual machine. And those drivers operate
at all times, even when the virtual machine software is not
running.
I would be interested in, if the problem goes away,
when the virtual machine software is un-installed.
To test, do a backup of C: first. Then, uninstall
the virtual machine hosting software, then carry out your
normal communications activities.
If the problem is still there, you can restore from backup
if needed. It all depends on whether you're worried, that
uninstalling the virtual machine software, will cause
some loss of the machines themselves. The suggestion of
a backup, is to cover all possibilities.
