Click on Body in right hand box and then select Font/Color.

also where is the mute quoted text feature located?

Article menu: Mute quoted text. Or just press Q.

Press H to show/hide headers.

Sorry to be a nuisance but I have a couple more items/
How do you sort descending instead of ascending?

When I use Gravity for a while then shut it down I cannot restart it,
nothing happens, no message or other indication, to start it again I
have to reboot the computer, then it starts OK again for one time.

You haven't mentioned which OS you are using. If Windows, check the
application Event Log perhaps? Are you using the 2020 version of Gravity?
