Default Has anyone *not* gotten the 1809 update yet?

Obviously it's a highly controversial upgrade, maybe it's best to not
ever upgrade to it, but Microsoft is already talking about the 1904
upgrade. I haven't been offered this upgrade yet. Microsoft usually
doesn't allow an upgrade between two non-adjacent versions. Just
concerned that I may get stuck on 1803 forever, or I'm going to be
offered the 1809 just weeks before 1904 is offered to me, and I'd have
to go through two major upgrades soon after each other.

I never got offered 1809 because I could never get 1803 to install
properly, so I was still on 1709. I finally cloned my system drive a couple
of times [a couple of years ago when my first SSD died suddenly, my copy of
it on another drive wouldn't load properly, so I had to start over from
scratch], and used the Microsoft Windows Update utility to download 1809 as
an ISO. I mounted the ISO and ran setup.exe from there. Installed fine and
works great. I'm hoping when 1903/4 is ready it will go smoothly as well. I
always set the delay updates for 30 days so I can see if there are any
problems first.
