Basically the position I take is that if someone is going to use this
technology without making the effort to at least learn the basics,
they are victims by definition and it just doesn't matter what happens
to them. It's like someone wanting to drive a car without knowing what
any of the controls do, what traffic signals are for, or understanding
that some maintenance is required. Let them lose their photos, documents,
etc., out of sheer ignorance. (I've seen it happen more than once.) No
skin off my nose, and it'll be a learning experience for them.
