Default Error on bootup

I should correct the wording of my first posting on this topic:

I did not DELETE the program; rather, I UNINSTALLED it through Control
Panel / Add-Remove Programs.

The last couple of times I rebooted the computer, the following error
message appeared when Windows opened:

fix this problem.

Indeed, yesterday I did delete an Apple program which had the word
'mobile' in its title; I thought it meant 'mobile' (i.e. 'cell')
phone, which I don't connect to my computer, so I thought it was not
needed. But maybe it meant something else and is needed.

But what is the program to be re-installed?
