This is MSN Messenger 7.5.

FYI, I'm running Messenger 7.5. I see that Messenger Live is available, but
isn't that just at the Beta stage & not really ready for mass consumption?

Windows Live Messenger was released and is now out of the beta stage. Feel free to upgrade.
