Go to the "etc" folder and open the Hosts file with notepad, check if the
address is listed in the file and erase it.

Can i change my IP Address? There is a web site i want to go on but for

reason my computer wont let me access it. My computer has not be blocked

it. I have tried everything possible to access this site and it still wont
work. there is nothing wrong with the site it's self. I can access it
