Dragon Naturally Speaking is probably the best for you. Another option is to buy a different type of mouse if you can still use your hand. There are some on the market for people that suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, where your hand is in a different position than it is with a standard mouse. After using a standard mouse at the company that I work at, I had to switch. Just do an online search (or have a friend do it for you) and see what's out there.
