Default There are no active Mixer Devices Availalbe

I Have the same problem for over 4 months, I tried so many things to
solve it, but no luck.
I have a Lenovo 3000 N200 laptop , I tried reinstalling windows , but
still I have the problem.
I tried to run services.msc, but wndows Audio is started from services,
but audio setting is greyed out.My computer mother board ID is
SROSA001.86C.0034.D.0711141732
I do not see onboard audio when I go to bios .
I tried everything.
Is there anyone who knows the solution to this ?
