Default HELP NEEDED FAST!!! HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP FAST HELP NEEDED

Jonathon, these sites usually use BHOs (Browser Helper Objects) to keep
loading web pages using your Internet Browser.
Normally closing your browser should get rid of it because it is mostly just
loaded in memory.
If closing your browser, and even rebooting, does not get rid of it then it
HAS been installed on your computer and you need malware/spyware software to
get rid of it.
A good BHO detection and removal tool is BHO Demon.
You can download a trial copy here;

Don't panic Jonathan! s
These sites usually load a BHO (Browser Helper Object) which is not
permanently installed on your computer but is loaded in the memory.
You only need to shutdown your browser.
There are two quick ways to do this;
1. Quick and easy is to just use the "alt & f4 keys" This will
close all browser activity .
2. Under XP or Win2k, use the task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc will
bring it up) and terminate any of the brower windows. This will kill
them all at the same time. Faster than rebooting.

Yeah but the manager is a female she will maybe say something or fire
me, I'm sure they will blame me and think I was
surfing porn sites all night..my gosh I can imagine them tlaking
about it during the day I still have not got themn off
every time I delte them they vanish but when I reboot they come back.

What is a reason for this, cna you give me some technological reason
that hti shappen, can it be a virus? Can I say a virus caused this?
Is it what happened?

What can I say I was doing that will explain it? Legitimately.
