Greetings Bob,

This indicates that you're either using a router, some other type of Internet Sharing, or
your ISP is "NATing" (essentially sharing) your connection (Comcast does not). This *is* the
reason why you're not able to establish voice conversations (the webcam should function, as
it can use a relay server, but video conference will not) as an Universal Plug and Play
(UPnP) enabled NAT (router/etc.) is required for these types of connections to be
established.

Assuming you are using a router, various routers now have support for UPnP, you may just need
to upgrade its firmware the latest version. Let us know what router you're seeing, and we
can quickly lookup if there is a firmware update available to you.
