My words
You'll need to ask the author, Plato. I'm not
a mind reader.
Monetary damages? That's up to a court to
decide. Unfortunately, the expenses of bringing
a lawsuit for copyright infringement is more
costly than any monetary award he'd get
for copyright infringement in this forum.
If the defendant were to have compiled "my
words" into a book or magazine article, then
it would be worthwhile to go after him.

nothing you can do to stop him.
1. Did the Author fill out the paperwork for a copyright with the
Library of Congress and send in the required fee?
2. What are the monetary damages?
