Default My words

It is perfectly acceptable to avail oneself of the
"fair use" doctrine to acquire information, and
to compile that information into another form.
It is not legal to copy another's complete work
and maintain it as being one's own. By his lack
of attribution, Mr. E. is passing off Mr. P's help
information as being his own. That's not honorable.

The sad part is that Mr. E. will get away with it
as long as he confines his copy & paste responses
to this forum. It's simply not worth fighting over.

If Mr. E. were to start copying and pasting help
responses from a number of MVPs in this forum,
all hell would break out. As long as he's merely
"copying" Mr. P's work, well, that's okay.

To Panda-man,

To avoid other ppl using 'your words' stop posting in public channels.
True, paying credits to authors is a matter of decency.

But where did you get your knowledge ... ?
Are your words not already a collection of other peoples words ...

There is nothing wrong with using copy/paste on your post as long as the
person doing it gives credit that the instructions came from you.
I have used that method a number of times but always tell the person who
asked the question that the following might help courtesy of ----
inserting the name of where the answer came from.

These words below are mine.I created them,I wrote them.Even though

uses them nearly everywhere.I just do not like somebody to copy and
paste them,to use them fully because these words are NOT created by
him. I am angry.
