panic.
Laptop is connected to router by wifi and has internet access.
PC is connected to router by cable and has internet access.

When I click on the other computer under network, I get an error: could not
be found.
From other computer: same result.
I have util wifi-guard and it does find the other pc.
Why cant I go in there with windows file explorer normally?

Restoring image from before the updates: problem solved.

What to do?
Do I skip the latest updates?

regards,

This might be another broken Microsoft update. Remove all three
updates. Then test to determine if the problem is resolved. If so,
then install the updates ONE AT A TIME, testing after each installation.
When you find which update caused the problem, remove it.

You are apparently not alone. See

Trump again proves he is a major source of fake news. He wants
to cut off disaster funds to repair the damage caused by the
Woolsey Fire in southern California because he claims the state
fails to manage its forests properly. The Woolsey Fire was NOT
a forest fire. Starting in an industrial tract, it did not burn
through any forests.

See http://www.rossde.com/fire.html.
