Default Microsoft MVPs

if you widdle finger
hurts from scrolling
the wheel, then go
back to picking your
nose with it or whatever
else you normally pick
with it.

It is rude whoever you are. Grow up.

Why don't you adjust your word wrap so we don't have to scroll so
much to see your idiotic replies. " db.·.. ))) ·` .. ."

nah, i long disagreed with
the notion that mvp's were
volunteers.

volunteering is donating
time without compensation.

seems to me that being permitted
to use a title like ms mvp is
compensation as well as an
award.

seems to me that there are
other benefits provided to
ms-mvp's too.

can you think of anything
that you have received at
a discount or for free as the
result of being an ms-mvp
awardee?

if so, then you are not a
volunteer and in fact obligated
to perform in accordance to
the mvp program directives.

--------

just because microsoft doesn't
compensate ms-mvp's with
money, it does compensate
them with other things that
are of value.

and in return, microsoft ascertains
the benefit of cheap customer
service for its microsoft customers.

of course, the above applies to
the discussion groups and the
q&a's, but ms-mvps are also
awarded to authors and code
writers as well in order to dilute
the true purpose of the mvp
program, ie microsoft's bottom
line.

Not all MVP's want to share their information publicly

Then ... what are they doing on the newsgroups?

You're "on the newsgroups" and don't share any personal
information with us. What's the diff?

I am not claiming to be an "MS-MVP"! What's your excuse?

We're all volunteers, including MVPs.
