Hmm...sorry, but i'm at a loss. i dont use aol(other than
AIM), so i doubt my problem was caused by AOL installing
updates or whatever. another thing is that i already have
sp2...my system is pretty much up to date. so i'll keep
researching. PS, did you delete out the folders mentioned
in the link??
No Im not getting any error codes. Do you know how i can
check on my pc to find out what windows download i
clicked to install because that is the program that wont
download and stuck on 0%. I still havent found a
solution. I did go the windows update and the only
that I need is the sp2 but, I dont think is the update i
accepted to install a few days ago. Thanks Patty
Hi, again. if your problem sounds something like this...
(...Three days ago the MS update icon appeared at the
bottom right of the Windows (XP Pro) taskbar. I'm used
to this happening as I have my browser set to
automatically accept MS updates. However, it has
there for the past three days and always indicates
"Downloading updates: 0%". Is there a way to get rid
then try out this solution.
i dont know if it'll work, but let me know. thanks.
Okay I will, I am on aol . Patty

couple posts before yours.
I have the Windows Update on my Icon tray and it

what it was for. How do I fix it? HELPPP Thanks Patty
