I have been testing with WMP for sharing media with my smart TV.

At last I seem to get results, but I do have some questions.
- I can set custom folders for sharing, but I also want to share the DVD
drive (E. I can't get this done.
- When playing some 4/3 divx files, they appear with stretched aspect
ratio on TV. (they play OK from DVD player)

Can this be solved?

You should be able to share drive E by right clicking it under Explorer
and pick sharing. Doesn't that work?

Stretched video I believe is always a codec problem. And I don't know
what you mean by on TV. You mean you are sending your computer desktop
to a TV? Or you are using a TV application on your computer, or what?

Another thing, what version of WMP are you using?
