I’ve used the link unfortunately there is no relevant information regarding
text input, however I strongly doubt it’s search engine problem as I’ve used
another browser on same search engine & works fine on all languages. I feel
like some sort of settings on IE but not sure still trying different ways to
solve it.

I don't know for a fact, but I suspect search engines either are or are not
capable of accepting input from a language regardless of whether the
operating system allows text input in that language.
