Just because it sounded interesting I tried using Berkely's Netalyzer.
Unfortunately, I am using Firefox 64 bit, and Java is not available.

You could install it, run the test, and uninstall it.

They have x64 versions.

One other possible problem, is the Java plugin needs
a Firefox like 52ESR to run. It's possible the Java
plugin doesn't run on the newer browsers.
