Default Is there a hotkey to magnify the screen?

I am using a logitech 3 button wheel mouse. The mouse I used before
had 4 buttons and the 4th button was for "magnify". Can I use a hot
key?

Yes you can. It is Windows + (+ / -) and it is damn handy for we
blind users.
