user settings
I am trying to set up a laptop for my son & daughter with me having
the administrator rights. Everything seems to be fairly well except I am unable to allow them to access the email. When I log on their account and try to use the email it says it is blocked by the administrator. I have tried to find where to change the settings but an unable to do so. Where/how do I change the settings to allow them to access email and or other programs? JPC
