Default mssp3pb.dll and mssp232.dll

Hi...for some reason when I use the spell check in
Outlook express it says that mssp3pb.dll and mssp232.dll
are missing..how can I obtain such dll files and how to
isntall them?

Office 2000 sp1, and word 7 have them for spell checking Brazilian and Spanish.

mssp3pb.dll

I would guess your Regional Settings applet in Control Panekl has chosen thaose
