Default Temporary Internet Files in XP Pro

I just recently switched from XP Home to XP Professional and would like it
if someone could tell me where I would find the Temporary Internet Files
folder.

What does Windows say as to where is the TIF folder? I'm pretty sure
the Internet Options applet is also available in the Home edition of
Windows XP.

Yes, according to that, Temporary Internet Files is in Local Settings but I
don't see it. Local Settings is supposed to have 821 folders but it only
shows 3 in Windows Explorer. How do I unhide them? I'm using XP
Professional. I tried unclicking Hidden and then clicking it back and I
still see just 3 folders.
