I took a look at the %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Diagnosis folder where
telemetry data is stored locally.
One of the subfolders is named "Autologger": anyway it's empty. Good
In fact, I turned off logging ("Get to know me") in my Privacy options.

The article says about telemetry:
"...If you're not comfortable with granting that sort of access [Full],
make sure you turn this setting down to Enhanced or Basic."

Let me add, make sure an update did not set it up again.

Also, you can set Feedback frequency to Never, if you don't want to help
MS diagnose and possibly fix Windows bugs.
