Default FILE WONT DELETE

ive tried to delete this one file off my desktop over n over again but even
after i put it in the recycle box and delete it from in there again it comes
back every time i restart me comp? any idea how i can permenantly delete
it??????????

see if you can determine file location?
go to that location and delete from there.
