Does anyone know how to sharpen the computer monitor image? I've already
adjusted the resolution settings and the actual monitor settings setting it
to the highest sharpness but it's still all blurry. Can any one help??

if it's a crt
there is an internal focus adjustment...
but due to the hi-voltage i would not fool with it.
a crt can hold voltage even if unplugged and turned off!

if it was a hi-end unit you may want to try a local repair shop...
otherwise just get a new one...
the prices have really come down

Try window cleaner and a cloth. You need to do this every couple of months. The dirt builds up slowly so one doesn't notice. But one does notice how sharp things are after cleaning.

Also try unplugging it. Power on (from mains not button) usually degauses tubes.
