Default "Advanced options" check box in search menu

Hello,

Since i've disabled the search assistant to get the classical search menu,
"Advanced options" box is unchecked. So i always have to tick it manually.
Otherwise the search doesn't look in system / hidden directories so Program
Files and Windows paths are ignored :\

I've tried the method descrived on Kelly's corner :

.... but it doesn't work :\

Any suggestions ?
Thank you.
