From the manual: If Hyper-Threading is enabled, the processor is listed twice. For more information on Hyper-Threading, search the Knowledge Base on the Dell Support website at support.dell.com |

From the manual: If Hyper-Threading is enabled, the processor is listed twice. For more information on Hyper-Threading, search the Knowledge Base on the Dell Support website at support.dell.com Furthermore, regarding the slowness of your PC, check out one or both of the following sites: http://securitytango.com/tango.php http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/slowcom.htm Major causes of lagging are malware, not enough memory/too many apps running, and failure to clear always temp files (which should often be followed by defragmenting the hard drive). If you have no joy using the above two Web pages, post back with as much information as possible on your PC (specs, amount of free space, etc.). |
