Default talking and web cam with XP

How do I go about changing some configures so I can talk
and use the web cam when I am using XP and friends are
using windows 98 SE???

Greetings,

In order to use your webcam with users on Windows 98, you'll need to either use MSN Messenger
6 (http://messenger.msn.com/download) or use Netmeeting.

If you mean something else, or have another specific issue, you'll need to be more specific.
