Default Multiple user printing

Is there a way to setup a printer under one ID such as
the administrator just one time so that all user IDs
would be able to use the printer without any further
setup? Currently I have to setup a printer under every
logon ID even though its the same printer.

If this is a network printer, see
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/NetPrinterAllUsers.htm.

Normally, local printers are available to all users automatically.

It's perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.
