Default plays videos in small box only

When I play any video with windows media player the video appears to play off
the screen to the left (out of visible range)
if I minimize the window media player the video can be seen in a small
screen attached to my toolbar
if I maximize the windows media player the video continues to play off the
screen to the left
can any one help me get the larger video box back onto the center of my
screen?

A couple of ideas....

1) Open WMP and right click the WMP
tab on your task bar. Choose...Move...

Now you can move the WMP screen with
your Arrow Keys.

2) Open WMP and nothing else...no other
windows or programs open...and right click
your task bar...choose...
Tile Windows Horizontally...
this should open WMP full screen. After
closing WMP it should re-open the same full
screen
