noise

I had to do a factory set up 2weeks later I turned on my
tech in the box. I now have a noise when I turn my
computer on and when I put a cd inn. help any one??

uhmm computer's do make noise. Fans circulating to cool the system, hard
disk drives spinning, CD drives spinning, ect.
