Default How To Move from Multiple Boot to single boot without trashing partitions

I seem to recollect an MS article but can't locate it so far, but here's
what I have and what I want to do.

I have two disks. Disk 0 has 2 partitions. The primary partition has
Windows98 and the logical partition has XP. There is also a further 4Gb
or so unallocated. Win98 was the first OS installed and XP was installed
later. Disk 1 is essentially a data disk for XP - no OS's installed.

Basically I want to get rid of Win98 (FAT32) without affecting XP
(trashing the data and programs) as I don't hardly use '98 anymore and
want the space.

I have access to Partition Magic 5 currently installed under Windows98
but it used to work on pre SP2 XP.

Can anyone either outline the process I need to go through or point me
to the MS article I refer to above - in the meantime thanks and I'll
keep on looking for the article and let you know if I find it.
