Defragging from the Recovery Console
Is it possible to add WinXP Pro's defrag utility to the recovery console CD?
If so, would running it from the console CD allow for a more thorough defrag of my C (system) drive? TIA |

Defragging from the Recovery Console
"...would running it from the console CD allow for a more thorough
defrag..." The most thorough defragmentation available from Windows XP is to defragment from Safe Mode. And unless you're operating a busy server, that's all the defragging you need. -- Ted Zieglar "Tim" wrote in message ... Is it possible to add WinXP Pro's defrag utility to the recovery console CD?
