Default Defragging from the Recovery Console

Is it possible to add WinXP Pro's defrag utility to the recovery console CD?
If so, would running it from the console CD allow for a more thorough defrag
of my C (system) drive? TIA

The most thorough defragmentation available from Windows XP is to defragment
from Safe Mode. And unless you're operating a busy server, that's all the
defragging you need.
