Default Q816093 issues

Hello,

We just noticed an issue with the update Microsoft VM, Q816093, and
SpectorSoft software. We cannot open up explorer, IE, My Computer etc. when
SpectorSoft is running. Can we rollback this update completely? I looked
under control panel and cannot see the Q816093 under add/remove programs. We
need to be able to monitor the work computers. Any suggestions would be most
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

John
