Default had a virus, now cannot open IE

I have icons on desktop..try to click aol or msn icon get reply cannot find
file....same with trying to open from start..I had Total PC Defender and
finally got rid of it with Malwarebytes. Did I delete something that maybe I
shouldn't have?

Copy the Malwarebytes file that was saved. Paste it in these message.
