Question lock documents folder ? classroom dilema

i work in a school and one of the teachers asked me how she can prevent the children moving there folders and others out of sub folders.
what happens is the children have there own work folder within a class main folder but sometimes one of the children are taking folders and putting them in other class folders, there work and sometimes othere floders as well into other class folders mixing things up, so sometimes we have to hunt down a childs folder thats been moved and some times they will take a whole class's folder nad move it within another class's folder, how can this be prevented
but sill allow the child to use there own folder
