Default Location to remove Windows Defender

Where do I go to remove windows defender? Since I already have a windows
security system in place and I was advised by Microsoft this can slow down
performance of computer and was sent message stating it is fighting against
my current security system. I went to location of Uninstall programs but it
is not there.

If you're running Win7 just turn off the Services feature; Administrative
tools Services.
